I’m Colton. I love a wedding with personality: an outfit you feel incredible in, a couple who can’t stop smiling at each other and a dance floor nobody wants to leave.
I bring an editorial eye, clear direction and real enthusiasm for your celebration. You’ll find me straightening a jacket, getting excited about beautiful light and making sure we have time for the portraits you’ve been dreaming about. I’m also paying attention when your best friend starts tearing up or your grandparents sneak onto the dance floor.
After photographing weddings for more than 12 years, I still get excited about how different every celebration feels. Getting to know you helps me see what matters most, so your photographs feel personal from the first portrait to the last song.

I’ll give you clear, easy direction and keep things moving, with room to laugh, take a breath and get comfortable together. Sometimes a small adjustment makes a striking portrait. Sometimes I’ll step back because the moment already has everything it needs.
Before the wedding, we’ll talk through your priorities and build a photography timeline around your plans. On the day, I’ll help gather everyone when it’s time for family photos and keep an eye on the schedule, so you can settle into the celebration. Beautiful photographs should bring you back to a wedding you loved being part of.
Life with my wife, Katrina, and our three children has made me even more aware of how quickly a moment becomes a memory. The expressions, the little habits, the way someone reaches for your hand.
